Red Day Celebration

“Red always stands out in whatever context it shows up".

On the 11th of December Red day celebration was a wonderful learning activity which helped the children to understand the concept of primary colors. To mark this day the kids of kindergarten section were dressed in different shades of red clothes.

It was a scintillating day with innocent faces gleaming and reflecting brightness, joy, love and happiness. The shades of red made the tiny tots feel bright, lively and cheerful.

Children learn by doing and discovering, hence they were engaged in activities that enhanced their cognitive skills as well as fine motor skills.

Teachers guided them to do various paper craft works like making cherry prints using water colour, strawberry cutouts using red and green glitter paper, snowman and fish.

The efforts of the students and their active participation was applauded by the entire staff.

The observance of Red Day Celebration was a successful with the blessings of the Almighty, the support of the Management, the valuable guidance of our Academic Director Madam Rachana Gorle and Principal Madam Anupama Sasane, the efforts of the staff and students and the cooperation of the parents.

Jigyasa Exhibition

“Learning is a journey which we all navigate, pushing ourselves to explore."

To tap the hidden talents of our students, on 14th November we organised 'JIGYASA', our school exhibition, thus providing a platform to exhibit their scientific temper, culinary skills, artistic and linguistic abilities, opportunity to relive the historic activities and many more. The campus was charged with excitement and curiosity, all the faces lit up with beaming smiles, eagerly waiting to see what these young hearts had in store for their elders to witness. It was a very auspicious occasion for the children as it was their day, yes CHILDREN'S DAY that was being celebrated in such a wonderful manner.

To mark the beginning of the celebration the Lamp was lit and the portrait of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru was garlanded by our Chief Guest Mrs.Shobha Hiremath, CRC of Mahantesh Nagar Cluster, Guest of Honour Pastor Mahesh Pujari and Mrs.Pujari, esteemed authorities and staff.

God's blessings were invoked over the function by a word of prayer which was offered by Pastor Mahesh Pujari and the school choir presented a melodious prayer song too. Addressing the students Pastor Sir shared how important it is to be disciplined, determined, dedicated, devoted and desirous to achieve the set goals. CRP. Mrs Shobha Hiremath emphasized upon the importance of being watchful about our words, actions, thoughts, character and heart as these pave the way to achieve our dreams. Having encouraged the students to be focussed on achieving the set goals our Chief Guest, Guest of Honour and esteemed dignitaries inaugurated the exhibition.

It was a spectacular view to see the tiny tots display their projects on topics like animals, food, fruits, Water, zoo, garden etc. .Nursery kids dressed up as cartoon characters were the centre of attraction. It was amazing to see the language skills of students as they spoke about their projects, indeed it was a glimpse of how well they have grasped the concepts taught. The young chefs put up a marvellous food corner with a variety of healthy delicacies that were displayed with an authentic touch of creativity. The art gallery spoke volumes about the imaginative skills of students and the ardent presentation put up was really noteworthy. Coming to the concepts of science and math learnt by them, students exhibited their creativity here too. Making use of rangoli they displayed an artistic presentation of geometrical concepts and diagrams of the human heart, eye, plant cell, animal cell and many more. The Tableau of the Maratha Empire, the functioning of the constitution, the models of various forts and historic monuments took us down memory lane to the rich grandeur of our country. What can be a better gift to children on their special day than an opportunity to exhibit their talents, and yes they did their best to utilize it in the most appropriate way. Parents were amazed to see the talents exhibited by their children.

We owe the credit of the grand success of this exhibition to our Management who has been very supportive, the valuable guidance of our Academic Director Madam Rachna Gorle, tireless efforts of the staff and students, and the valuable co-operation of the parents.
